Lazy would get you a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Real lazy would be just peanut butter. Healthy would be if you made sure your brand of peanut butter didn't have hydrogenated oils, salt and sugar and the bread would be 100% whole wheat.

Eat fruit....all you do is wash it. Eat pasta with sauce... Snack on a whole grain cereal...
