It can be effective, yes. There are many web references, so it's best to check up bcause it depends on which of the three main types of chlamydia it is.

antibiotic for Chlamidia are doxycycline and azythromycin
other choice is- erythromycin, fluoroquinolone

truely saying....:( clindamycin is....as. i know..... for treatment of acne....

CLINDAMYCIN IS a TOPICAL for acne after benzoyl peroxide. it used in acne treating.
