Just in the past few days (due to someone asking a similar question) I have reduced my soy intake to about nil. I researched the negative side of soy to answer that question and came to the conclusion that I may be experiencing hypothyroid-like symptoms from the consumption of soymilk. Apparently Asian countries have always considered the soybean unfit for consumption. It's only fit when fermented and various chemicals have ben removed (ie tofu). So tofu is good, soymilk and soybeans etc are not. Even still, I think you should try other sources of protein as too much of anything can be bad for you. If you're not allergic to nuts and peas, try getting more of your protein source from those.... other beans and lentils are excellent also. If you don't mind unfertilized eggs, those are the best source but maybe just the whites if you're concerned about the fat content.
Please read the following pages about the negative aspects of soy. I'd like nothing more than to find out soy is completely nutritious and healthy, but I really think there's something to this unfortunately=(

i have not used soy milk products for very long(2 months),but i find reading the label of a Soy milk Dream pint that it is 100% cholesterol free and it helps my cholesterol problem and nothing has changed at all. eating soy products reduces bad cholesterol than Casein and soy groups. 25 grams of soy protein a day is good for low saturated diet. it is also good for reducing risk of heart disease.

Don't worry like the one person said, the Asian countrys have used soya and soya bean products.
It is what your body tells you is to much, if you notice changes in your bodily functions, feel weak or have other health related issues, I have eaten tofu and recently started using soya milk products like Tofutti and Silk products.
With issues to fat, theses are good fats, like Omega 3-6, and are not saturated, I was a chef and trained in Toronto Canada, and at one time the Chef Training college was in the Chinatown area, I would learn to used, cook and enjoy soya product to there fullest.
And with the number of fresh, preserved, dessert and other soya based foods, you have some much variety, I would not worry to much unless you notice signifacant health changes.

Most soy products (with the exception of whole beans, or in fresh tofu) are processed foods and should probably be eaten in moderation like any other processed food.

i think of that the main undesirable outcomes come from the way the makeup is bumped off, and likewise unsuitable cleansing of the floor. to illustrate, the floor might desire to continuously be touched intently, and that is composed of while utilising and removing makeup. once you're removing eye makeup (like mascara and liner, shadow etc.) that's ultimate to do it very gently with a actual remover, because of the fact the floor close to the eyes is the main tender, and that's the place the 1st indications or transforming into older look. the comparable rule applies to removing face makeup; that's often ultimate to be gentle. as long as you eliminate your makeup on the tip of the day, and you utilize a solid air purifier it could possibly be ok. different than that, i do no longer understand any particular outcomes nonetheless. :-)

I'm a female. I have been going veggie for like 5 years now and I know many people of my family who do go veggie men and females and none of them show what you call "female characteristics" not that I'm trying to sound like I know everything.. They are very tasty. You should try Morningstar Farms something like that. Its a company that makes vegetarian products.
