i would say it could always be a different number of licks, all depends on how bad you want to eat the lolli pop or if you just want to lick it for awhile. Let me know if you find out, i would love to know

It depends on many physical factors. Mainly on how much saliva you put onto it, as well as the strength you use when you lick it. Of course the consistency of the lollipop is crucial in this fascinating licking adventure...
