My doctor diagnosed me with this "kardionerogenesinkopie", and I do not know what it means. So I want to look up the exact meaning of my socalled illness. (cardio-nerogenic-faintlings)

Cardio-neurogenic-syncope is a temporary loss of consciousness caused by a fall in blood pressure.

cardio= from the heart
neurogenic= from the nerves
syncope= temporary loss of consciousness

Another name for this is "Vasovagal Syncope". You may have more luck finding information with this term. Check out Wikipedia.
It is a generally benign, although very annoying tendency, to pass out(or at least nearly so) from time to time, especially under circumstances such as standing in line, being in a warm environment, dehydration.
It seems to be caused by a reflex that we all have, but that seems to over-react in some people, causing the heart rate to slow, and the blood pressure to fall, thereby causing the fainting.
Your doctor will probably tell you to stay hydrated, and to flex your legs when standing for extended periods of time. If you do not have high blood pressure, you may be allowed to increase your salt intake.
These are usually enough to reduce the spells, but if they persist, sometimes certain anti-depressants (even though you may not be depressed) like Paxil can be prescribed that may also help.
