There are so many causes for itching : Physical and Physiological, Itching caused by skin diseases, or infections, or systemic disorders and psychogenic. diabetic also can cause itching all over. So any skin condition should be seen and examined by the doctor and should be treated. Better consult the doctor

Maybe your allergic to something . Check what you were doing before you had the itch come . Maybe it is something you ate ?
