If it is a milky type, mucus discharge it could be an STD of some sort and if it is in solid form it sounds like some type a parasitic worm. It could be a tape worm. All I can tell you is that when something out of the ordinary like this happens it is a HUGE indication that something is just not right with your body. It is a definite warning sign that you need to head to the nearest physician that will see you today and if you do not have a doctor then go to the ER. Do not be ashamed or embarrassed because doctors and nurses have seen and heard it all. It takes alot to shock them. GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is that long white thing in liquid form or in solid form? If it is solid then it is worm. If it is liquid then it may be a component of the urine. BTW, i dont have md.

Its worms mate ive seen this where i work and its not nice.You need to get this checked out quick as these worms get tangled round your intestines and can be fatel.
