It is definitely possible. But, it can also go the other way, where you slept with them one time and you get it. I personally got 2 incurable STDs from a guy I had slept with ONE time!

If you are in a relationship with someone who has HIV or are having sex with somone who has HIV, wear condoms! It is the best thing to do to prevent getting HIV (other than abstinence of course). I've read using condoms with an HIV person reduces the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission by approximately 85% compared to unprotected sex.

Yes, it is possible. I read somewhere that you have a 1 in 50 chance of catching it if you are unprotected and 1 in 500 chance if you are protected. That means that you could have unprotected intercourse 50 times and still not get infected or have protected 500 times and still not get it. If you are going to do this, I would advise using a condom because you may get lucky and not get it right away but you may not be so lucky. You may do it once and get the disease. I read about a guy and he is called a bug chaser. They want to get HIV. He has been having unprotected sex for 2 years with people infected with the disease and he still hasn't gotten the disease. There is also another bug chaser who got the disease after 6 months of having unprotected sex with HIV infected people. I hope this helped you.

The risk of getting infected with HIV at intercoursereally depend on so many things: 1. Female to male transmission is less than male to female transmission.
2. Circumcission tends to reduce risk
3. STDS increase risk.
4. certain people do not have some receptors neccessary for transission of HIV.
All the above factors and more affect the risk. However it should not be done ie if u know some1 is positive why have unprotected or even sex with them, no one can determine whether one gets HIV or not at exposure so better to protect ur self.

anything is possible.
but, it is also possible to contract HIV and not show symptoms or come up positive on a test for up to 10 years.
Phase 1 seems like the flu (lasts a few weeks, like the flu)
Phase 2 is asymptomatic (no symptoms). This stage can last 10 years.
Then the real fun begins.

Abstinence is your ONLY guarantee

yea it's possible, but it's also possible to get tested and the results be negative, but in six months your results come back positive. your results can change even after a year depending on the status of the virus. you should schedule a follow up for six months and a year and continue to get tested every year.

It is very possible but not advisable. Look at Magic Johnson's wife...she doesn't have anything.
