I definitely would if it was the right kind.
For example like a smokey chipotle chili flavored steak ice cream.
Or better yet a pineappley sweet and sour chicken flavored ice cream.
I can imagine a breakfast type of flavor of ice cream...so not just bacon flavor, but bacon and maple ...kinda like breakfast.
Ever think of a Chicken Tikka Masala flavor?
or a curried flavor?
I guess people get grossed out because often times we assume ice cream has to be sweet. When ice cream is really just frozen cream....there could be a wonderful array of flavors available as long as we lose the assumption that it must be a sweet dessert flavor.

No I don't think that I would purchase meat flavored ice cream. I might try beef flavored but I wouldn't like it to be sweet. You know they make savory flavors of ice cream in different parts of the world.

Why would you want your icecream to be meat flavored? It is a dessert and should not taste like your entree...I never would buy something like that!!
