COME TO NYC!!!! Don't go to Chinatown, but come to Flushing, there are soooo many different Asian restaurants here. There's a Thai/Malaysian place that I love called Green Papaya on prince street near Flushing mall. There's another Malay place called Sentosa, kind of expensive, but really good too!

source and hire a chef that can cook for you Malaysian-Singapore food daily or weekly. Or get yourself a Malaysia-Singapore cook book, and learn how to cook it yourself!

Either option your problem is solve, no travelling needed.
