Chlamydia is mainly passed through sexual activity. Vaginal or anal sex with an infected partner, oral sex, although this is less common, sharing sex toys, and touching parts of the body with fingers (for example, chlamydia often occurs in the eyes).
You can NOT catch chlamydia from simple kissing, sharing baths, towels, cups, or from toilet seats.
2/3 of women and 1/2 of men who have chlamydia have no symptoms at all; others have symptoms so mild they aren't noticeable.

Chlamydia is infective.
You need to contact the bacteria.
You will get the bacteria from any infected person- male or female.
Chlamydia is a bacterial infection of the genitals and anus in men and women. This is a contagious disease. A bacterium chlamydia trachomatis causes chlamydia. Chlamydia is transferred from partner to partner by vaginal, oral, or anal sex. The bacterium is passed when the mucous membrane comes in contact with infected secretion. Oral chlamydia is also reported though it is less frequent than genital chlamydia. Any mucous membrane (membrane that does not have skin) can get infected with the bacteria if it comes in contact with the infected fluid. Young women and teenage girls are more prone to get chlamydia because their cervix is not fully matured. The chances of getting chlamydia increase if a person has multiple sexual partners. An infected mother can pass on chlamydia to her baby.

Yes you can.
Chlamydia is usually asymptomatic, so you have to get tested, and if you were exposed to someone that had it, usually you just get treated.
