83 is within normal range for a person without diabetes. If you are diabetic and you tend to have high blood sugar 83 would be low for you and you should eat something with carbs.

Fasting blood sugar should be <99 mg/dL. 137 mg/dL is in diabetic range. Your two-hour numbers are normal/high-normal. The 147 mg/dL is elevated. 116 mg/dL five hours after lunch is a little elevated. Most non-diabetics will have returned to pre-meal levels by then (<100 mg/dL). I'm not sure if your shakiness has anything to do with your blood sugar, but some of your blood sugar readings are what I'd consider borderline. You're using a home meter, as well, and there's just a possibility of user or product error. Also, home meters--while accurate enough for diabetics--may not be accurate enough for a diagnosis. Your fasting numbers, while in pre-diabetic/diabetic range, could actually be lower or higher. I'll just throw this out there: the shakiness may be due to the fact that your blood sugar is going very high after meals and dropping quickly by two to three hours. Sometimes a massive swing in blood sugar can leave us feeling hypoglycemic, even if we're technically not. Obviously, 120 mg/dL after a meal isn't even close to hypoglycemic, but if you were, say, 180 mg/dL just an hour or so beforehand, you might feel like you are. Do you ever test after one hour? I'd be very curious to know what you are at that point. None of these readings are life threatening, but some of them are a little questionable. A trip to the doctor may be warranted.

It's excellent. The ideal blood sugar is 84 mg/dL, but the accuracy of the meter is such that you shouldn't adjust if you're within a few points of that.
110 is considered high for non-diabetics, but possible after a meal, and < 70 is considered hypoglycemic, and you should eat carbs right away.
A diabetic might go to 150 after a meal, it's good to keep it under 100, but only adjust so if you've allowed 2 hours for the insulin you took with a meal to wear off.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
