Eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday, preferable the slow cooking variety, and plenty of dark green and red vegetables (lettuce and potatoes don't count). The antioxidants and high fiber content will remove the cholestrol slowly. Also, drink plenty of water, cut back on smoking and drinking, and go for a walk for 10 minutes everyday.
Of course, all this health lifestyle changes won't be easy. But unless you want to do balloon laproscope surgery or heart bypass, it's fastest and safest way.
Using the health tips above, you should see a cholestrol lowering and improvement in energy level and general feeling of well being in 2-3 months if you don't cheat yourself.
Hope that helped...you know what's best for you.

There is no quick fix for blocked/clogged arteries in your heart unless you have bypass surgery. . One thing you need to find out is if your blocked arteries is something hereditary or if it has to do with your diet, lifestyle. Chances are if this is hereditary, if you have clogged arteries in your heart you also have them in other areas of your body.
You need to go to a Dr and get a cholesterol screening. This is key. These free cholesterol screenings you see at times are great but you need a professional to oversee your specific case.
You also need to do some research about what the results of your cholesterol screening will tell you. There is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. You want your bad cholesterol relatively low and good cholesterol relatively high. Ideal is having the two of them close to each other with the good cholesterol being slightly higher.
There is medication that you can take to help lower your cholesterol. I take Lipitor for lowering cholesterol. There are others on the market.

Fast-? I am not so sure. Garlic (either the cloves or the tablets) is supposed to help with this. Plus - the B-Vitamin Niacin is supposed to help dilate blood vessels and is supposed to be good for arteries. Other than these - today there are prescriptions available which a doctor or a pharmacist would be able to explain to you.

I'm pretty sure it's cholesterol. and i believe there is some kind of pill out there you can take that breaks it down, but i would be careful with that pill because it might cause a aneurysm or something. if you want to lower your cholesterol, eat oatmeal, and other things with oats, and grains. that type of stuff, but it takes a long time. so just pace your self, maybe a bowl or two of oatmeal like once every other week or so for like a year or two, that should lower it significantly.
