Hong Kong is a foodstuff haven. purely pop in to any community cafes, the locals call them "char-chan-teng" for something from dumpling soup to pink meat brisket noodles. For a hearty seafood meal, flow to Sai Kung or hop on a ferry to Lamma Island. Or end through Stanley & pop into between the eating places round there serving western foodstuff. tremendous position to relax & 'human beings-watch'. satisfied eating!

It's just a description.
I've never heard of 'sweetned toad fat', but the restaurant i go to has 'donkey rolled in mud' on their menu, it's just pancakes filled with curd, rolled in flour.
So i don't think any frogs had lipo at that restaurant but you never know, those guys eat some crazy stuff!! x
