Definitely in Chinatown! Japantown may have some as well but they may not be what you are looking for. I would definitely head over to Chinatown for the best chinese food. Just be careful though where you go. Make sure there are a lot of people eating at the restaraunt. Never eat at an empty restaurant in Chinatown, it's a bad sign!

Egg Roll King Restaurant
6813 Mission St
Daly City, CA 94014
Mike B. writes: In search of a small Chinese restaurant, I stumbled upon Egg Roll King Restaurant. I had driven by this place hundreds of times, but never stopped to eat there, and now I wish I had earlier. First of all, the egg rolls are some of the best that I have ever had. They were fresh from being cooked, and they were super crunchy and packed with flavor. I was a bit disappointed with the chicken with cashews that I ordered, but the fried rice and egg rolls more than made up for the blandness of the chicken. Me and two others ate there (and had enough food for a second meal at home) for barely over $20. If you're looking for a low-key place to grab some Chinese and are in the area, this is a great stop.

Go to House of Nanking in Chinatown. It has THE BEST Chinese food I have ever had. The place gets packed very quickly, so I would recommend to go there early. They open at 11 a.m., and I would recommend getting there 15 minutes early.
