why do ppl eat animals. why not eat eachother. uits the same thing sorta. yes . it really is. we have hearts, they have hearts. we have brains. they have brains..simple.

People are meat eaters. I wish it was different but it isn't. When people get to know an animal it would be hard to eat it. At least for most people. I know someone who rescued a calf that had been really badly injured by a pit bull. The calf's owner didn't want it. My friend, with the help of her vet saved the calf. The calf would sit up and beg for food with the dogs when they would have a picnic outside.

We are all animals and have complex nervous systems (unlike plants) which are capable of receiving and processing pleasurable or painful feelings.
I eat neither animals nor humans (nor would I want to), but have a limited form of respect for the fictional character and psychiatrist Dr. Hannibal Lecter.
At least he preyed on the real predators or predator "wannabes" of society in those works of fiction in which he was presented.
I'd like to see the predator wannabes who try to justify their carnivorism on this (and other forums) try and justify it to one such as he.

some people do eat people, some cultures openly did it up untill the 1960's. plants also have a simple nervous system so isn't harvesting plants the same thing to then?
