Yes, we know this, don't encourage them. They are bored silly and you are going to get a lot of nasty answers.

Talk about making an wild assumption and then jumping to wilder conclusions! Are you remotely aware of how alienating your behavior is to your own cause?
You claim eating meat is "morally wrong" yet offer no proof except what seems to be your own personal bias. Why not prove it instead of being constantly rude and hostile?
I suspect you are only vegetarian because you've convinced yourself that it makes you better than others. It certainly hasn't helped with your aggression or hostility. Ever hear the old expression that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar? Why not try to point out some advantages of not eating animal products instead of yowling about sin and imaginary jealousy?
You might one day mature enough to realize that omnivores do eat vegetarian dishes, and some abstain from meat for religious reasons from time to time. You might also consider this is a public platform and no one has appointed you the doorkeeper.
An open mind would benefit you far more than a truckload of soy beans.

I would guess that they are curious and want to know why some people give up eating meat and become vegetarian! They might even be considering of doing the same think and want to know the benefits of being a vegetarian. Of course there are likely a few antagonists that post just to irk us vegetarians because they are irked about us being vegetarian! Just ignore
the irkers.

These particular carnivores\omnivores post deliberately negative and hostile questions on this part of the site because of their own complexes and inner inability to deal with these complexes.
They are externalizing or projecting their feelings, the only way they know how - by taking it out on the very people who abstain from taking part in this guilty practice.
The conscious decision to eat meat or not eat meat IS a moral one.
Like it or not - MEAT IS MURDER.

First of all you have to realize that some of us are quasi-vegetarians. I can only eat very tiny bits of some meats. I would prefer all veggie, but that doesn't always happen. And don't serve me a slab of any meat. I don't like to gnaw on my meat. And this isn't for any ethical reason, it's purely personal choice.

Dude, I'm a meat eater who saw this question while I was cruising in the "Wine, Beer and Spirits" section. I assure you that I enjoy my meat without feeling bad, and I'm certainly not jealous of your superiority complex.
I've never posted here before, and I might have done so before if I was seeking a particular recipe with no meat (I do like to cook!), but now I have a new reason to do so: In order to defend myself against hateful and intolerant vegetarians.

doubtless for the same reason that questions in the Religion and Spirituality section posed to members of a specific group only are invariably mostly answered by members of different groups, or that most questions in the LGBT section are answered by homophobes.
In all these cases, clearly some people have issues. Others can't even have conversations without them inserting their specious diatribe. Suspicious, no? It's as if they were obsessed with their own repudiation. (If there was a Fans of Steak Tartare section, would vegans interrupt it with animal rights diatribes--yes!--some would--and they would also be annoying...)

I can only answer for myself- Eating meat is quite natural, and I post on here to get shrill reactions from limp-wristed, malnourished, shrill, militant vegetarians like you.
It's my daily comic relief.

They are just pests. They don't have the whatsits to watch the slaughterhouse videos, It's easier not to think. It makes their head hurt. They just want to talk about their meat. We are the only minority that it's safe to trash.

How is it morally wrong. There is one small fact of nature you vegetarians and vegans do not get. LIFE FEEDS ON LIFE. It has since the beginning of time and will until the end of time. Things you eat used to be alive. Just because it did not have organs or blood pumping through it...that makes it different. No, it does not. It was still a life that was cut down for your need.
