olives and avocados have fat...but no veggie or fruit has cholesterol in it... cholesterol is strictly an animal product...produced in the liver of the animal.. just like humans produce cholesterol......

No cholesterol as that is purely an animal-produced substance (even humans produce cholesterol.) Some fruits have fat (avocados, coconuts, olives, nuts, seeds) but for the most part they tend to be heart-healthy fats (coconut is the exception, I believe.)

Coconut, I guess avacado
Coconut has saturated fat I believe
I don't know if avacado oil is saturated.
of course, nuts and seeds have some oil. However, especially if they are raw the oil may be good for you. For instance raw nuts or seeds have Vitamin E oil. However, they do have calories.
