You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. The longer you wait, the more the warts can spread. If you visit your doctor they can give you a prescription for some topical medication (cream). If you wait too long or the warts are pretty severe you may need to have the surgically removed. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck!

Despite what some people said it is not illegal in most places. It is perfectly legal for a 19 year old to date a 12 year old if they want. The law only comes into play if the couple are having sex. Then it is obviously illegal to have sex with a minor so young. However, in many states and many parts of the world the age of consent is 16. But again, that is only relevant if you are in a sexual relationship. I've added a link about the age of consent for each state. Even states where the age of consent is 17 or 18, often have clauses that permit sexual relationships if the older person is close in age, such as in this case where he is only 19. The vast majority of states are okay with what you are suggesting, anyone who claims it is illegal, hasn't read up about it. Pure and simple. I don't think that the age gap is a huge problem. Especially when it is the girl who is younger. Teenage boys often mature a little slower than girls. All that said, at 19 he should be in college or getting on with his life, whereas at 16 you should still be in high school. Those different worlds can create a bit of a maturity gap. But if you can overcome that, and you are not breaking the law, then why not? It's not like you are going to get married and have 10 babies. We are just talking about dating.

have you been to a dr to confirm this? you are awfully young to have such a non-curable disease at 13. you need a prescription for valtrex from a dr. you take it once a day to prevent further outbreaks. the ones you have now will come and go, even with no outbreaks you can still infect another person. until there is a cure your partners have to use a condom every time you have any type of sex. oral sex is out as you can infect your partner, as well

You must be sexually active. How do you know you have genital warts? Were you diagnosed by a doctor? They are a sexually transmitted disease. They are contagious. No sex without protection.
