Tell your friend to go as soon as possible to his local GUM (Genito Urinaty Medicine) clinic where he will be dealt with sensitively, compassionately, and above all confidentially. These are not the "clap clinic" of yesteryear and have all people from all ages and all backgrounds visiting. They do not even inform your GP.
In fact, if he goes to his GP he would be referred to one of these clinics anyway, besides which, his GP could be struck off for even hinting to his wife that they have seen your friend, for any reason. Hopefully he will learn his lesson from this, as he obviously cares enough for his marriage not to let his wife find out, maybe he could learn to value what he has and not jeopardise his marriage again, I'm sure he would agree the consequences are not worth it. He can find his local GUM or Sexual Health Clinic in the local phone book.

No there are no home remedies, he has to see a doc for treatment. His wife is going to notice,if they have sex (vaginal or anal) before he is clear she will get them too. Then she will have a dramatically higher chance of cervical cancer as well as genital warts. Ain't that fun?
Unless he can afford to send her on a 6 month cruise with her mom so she is away during his treatments, he has a problem on his hands.
First he needs to see his doc, then come clean with his wife. Lastly, the next time he decides to walk on the wild (or on the tamer) side use a condom!

Come on mate, why were u shagging your secretary when your wife is obviously up for having sex with you? Go to an STD clinic and get it treated. Try to be shrewd about the whole thing, yes, truth is the best but no one seems to realise how much the truth will hurt someone. If you love your wife then by all means try to keep it a secret, but if you get found out, your life isnt worth living. We all get into really bad sh!t at some point in our lives mate. Good luck deciding which road to take.

He needs to see a doctor. There are no home remedies and he should NOT use over the counter products. Over the counter products are mainly used for warts on the hands and feet, they can irritate and even burn the genital skin. If he sees a doctor they can write him a prescription for a topical medication (cream). If that doesn't work, he may need to have them surgically removed.

Well, she is able to get pregnant, but if you do pass on HPV to her there is a possibility that she will get the warts internally have have problems conceiving. In most cases of HPV the women show no signs or symptoms, but still she could have the warts internally. So you should definitely talk to a doctor.

Bad news, there is no cure for genital warts. You can have them treaded at a clinic but they will be back and he can never have unprotected sex again, the dirty sod. If he gives it to his wife however it can make her infertile and the virus has bean linked to cervical cancer. On the plus side, his GP cant tell his wife or he/she will be in deep sh*t.

I don't think there is any home remedy, or if there is I haven't heard of it. They are burned off with an acid and usually its a doctor who applies it. Your friend needs to get a different doctor, or get a promise from the regular doctor to shut up about the case. Usually doctors are good about that, it comes with the territory.

Nope. He probably needs surgical intervention to get rid of them. All of his sexual contacts need to be treated as well, including the wife.
She's going to find out sooner or later, so he'd better come clean and get it over with. She may need treatment also.
