ABSOLUTELY! Knowledge is your only key to health at this point. The sooner you get checked out the better, because if you do have something, they can most likely treat it (with some exceptions, obviously) or at least limit the outbreaks. If you wait too long to get checked out, and if you have something, a number of things could happen to you...like becoming infertile. I don't know how important the idea of kids is to you, but to me, becoming infertile is my worst, absolutely worst nightmare.

My motto is: Better to play it safe than sorry. Right?

First all it depends on what contact youhad - you may not even be able to catch a STD based on what you did. COntact your doctor to learn more about STDs and the best ways to prevent them. Then if needed ask him to adminsiter tests for any STD's you might have contracted based on your activity.

Then in the future make better decisions!

It's too late for certain medications. You should go see a doctor and have some testing done: gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and HIV. The problem is that HIV can survive without detection for several months. Any way you can reach this person and ask them if they have any diseases? I know it's embarassing, but this is your life you're talking about...

Have you heard of rubbers or yet again common sence. I think it was that your little head was thinking to hard. Its risky to have sex even with people you do know. Go to your Dr and be tested.
My friend use to say a "hard on has no conscience." It can get you in trouble though.

Being that you had UNPROTECTED SEX, Then you have PUT YOURSELF @ RISK OF HAVING ANYTHING/EVERYTHING. But let us think positive and HOPE THAT YOU DO NOT. TO satisfy your curiosity go to your doctor and have BLOOD WORK DONE, DO NOT LIE JUST MENTION WHAT HAPPENED YOU DID WHAT YOU DID WITH NO CONDOM. AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BLOOD WORK DONE. TAKE CARE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE SEX, WEAR A CONDOM, AND KNOW YOUR PARTNER.

Mistakes happen.Chances are you are not infected.Wait a few weeks and see if you notice any changes such as burning when you urinate.Next time use a condom-you could get AIDS!!!!

Having sex now is like committing suicide. Think with the head on your shoulders first instead of the one in your briefs/boxers. Ask yourself, "How important is my life to me?" or "How much do I Love myself?" or "Why am I having unprotected sex with someone I barely know?" The best thing to do is "Think!"
