the father coulda gotten it from anyone, it is weird but you can sleep with someone with aids and not get the virus the first time, or it may not show up in your system as the virus can and does hide in many different crevices in the body.
most likely the one daughter contracted it when she was conceived unless she has been being abused by someone with the virus.
the other sister might have been conceived before her father got the disease as he may have been sleeping around on the mother or the other child has a different father.
really stranger things have happened, i hope my answer atleast somewhat helps.

AIDS is a collection of symptoms and infections in humans resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by (HIV) the human immunodeficiency virus. HIV is transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated needles, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids. Probably father contaminated her with his blood, for example when she had bleeding finger he touched her with his finger which was also cut.
Poor girl.
Father could get AIDS in a lot of ways some which were described above.

I feel there are only about 2 ways this could have happened eather they were in for example a car accident where they both were bleeding on each other and the fathers blood got in to her wound and infected her or the most likly way for this to happen is through him raping her becouse the mother does not have it rape is the most logical way unfortunatly for this to have happened i hope this answers your question

You may want to check deeper with Webmd because it would have to be transmitted to the mother in order for the child to have it. Diseases don't skip around especially when there was direct contact.

what if the father raped the girl and gave it to her. because how come the mother dont have it and the daughter do. the mother had to get it from the dad in order to have the daughter. but the mom dont have it. that is so weird.
