Keith Richards can do anything he wants to, he is in a cosmic class all by himself!

Having written "the" most famous Rock and Roll anthem" of all time "Satisfaction" he has a free pass to Rock 'n Roll Paradise immediately upon leaving the planet.

He has received "Absolution" and can do what he wants when he wants!

I think that's rather a small concession that pales with the French allowing him to urinate in public while visiting the Louvre!

He whipped it out and urinated in a corner by the portrait of Louie the IVX while a Louvre employee held the receptacle catching every precious golden drop!

We saw the Rolling Stones in December, yes Keith was smoking in a no smoking Toyota Center, Houston Texas. He is a special Case, you have nothing to worry about.

That wasn't a cigarette. It was a prop!

Hey my man Kieth got busted with an ounce of heroin in Canada and produced reciepts in excess of $200,000 in partying expenses to beat the distribution charge. He wound up playing two benefit concerts for the judge's favorite charity.

If you've been to a stones concert, Keith Richard's cigarette smoke isn't the noxious fumes fouling the air. It's a STONES concert.

No coz it hasn;t entered effect yet - you can gurantee that if they tour agin next year, Keith will be politely reminded by a venue official that he may not smoke....

A football pitch is not an "enclosed area" within the meaning of the Act, so he had no charge to face.
