This seemed to start of as a kind of rash which has slowly vanished, however it has now developed into these small blisters/scabs. they give me no pain however it is still quite a worry.

Buddy this is NOT warts!!! It sounds like you have herpes!!! Go to your local GUM clinic but it should clear up in a week to 10days without medication. And now for the bad news it a virus so unfortunately it there for life!!! And now for the good news some people only have an outbreak once in there life so if your stress free and clean living there is a chance of not ever having an outbreak again. Please do not have any sex oral or any other type while you have symptoms. She won't thank you it and women can become very unwell with 1st outbreak. Remember this is just like having a cold sore on your crown jewels. Take care bud i hope that helps ya. p.s i nursed in sexual health for a few years

Could be an allergy to medicine. If there is no pain, then it is not any type infection. Try olive oil and see if they fade.
U could be allergic to Latex condoms also, they will do this.
U need to buy nonlatex condoms if u have sex.
Anyway, if they dont clear up with olive oil or neorosporin, then go to the doctor.
Another cure would be aloe vera gel.

I would see a doctor, it sounds like warts. Could be many different things though, allergic reaction is one thing, but for the most serious things it could be HPV or Herpes, get checked for your own peace of mind. Go see a free clinic if you don't have the money. Just get checked.

I would go to your doctor and get it checked out, it may very well be an STD, not always AIDS but even chlamydia. Getting this checked out sooner then better is always good, beating the virus earlier to prevent it to growing into something more serious.

Check out the symptoms http://www.europewithasmile.com/artman/publish/article_8.shtml

Good luck !! Remember, you cant be embarrassed no matter what you think this may be, its easier to get help and get rid of the virus then living with it and it getting worse.

Go and see a doctor!

It doesn't sound like herpes. If it causes no pain, then its less likely to be herpes (it also comes with other symptoms)

If theres any other changes in your body, how ever insignificant they seem, tell your doctor, it could help diagnosis.
