This would be impossible to answer, as the question, who is the most lovely and kind girl in the world. I can only say that as far as the West is concerned, mediterranean people tend to care more about their food and eat more fresh produce than people in more industrialized countries do. In the latter, a lot of people rely heavily on processed food. Food in China is cheap but I have a lot of reservation about its wholesomeness as there are many unscrupulous producers who only want to make a quick buck and not care about people's health. The traditional Chinese diet is healthy but nowadays the more affluent Chinese people who live in cities eat too much of everything and obesity is becoming common.

I can only say that the cheapest food I ever got worldwide was when travelling in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
It was definitely healthy.
Less than a dollar would pay you a curry or a noodle soup or some fried rice. A couple of dollars would give you a full meal in a nice restaurant.
As for Europe, it is probably Greece with their great fish and salads.

Japan: healthy, not cheap at all.
Korean: fairly healthy (except for grilled meat), moderately priced
China and Taiwan: cheap, pretty healthy, depending on what style of food (i.e., what region).
Thailand: cheap, pretty healthy.
India: cheap, healthy except for the ghee (clarified butter) that most things are cooked in.
So, sorry, no country as both, but all these give it a pretty good run for the money.

I would venture to say Japan, China,Vietnam.
They all seem to use healthy, cheap foods like rice, noodles. veggies and fish for there staples.
I believe there have been studies done on diet & longeviety and the Chinese and Japanese are way ahead here.

Japan has the healthiest and cheapest food. Sometimes in America Japanese food is extremely expensive because Americans look at it as sort of a delicacy, but over in Japan it isn't. Rice is extremely cheap, and fat free. Most of the food in Japan is fat free because they aren't like us Americans who add oil and sugar and animal fats to our food. Everything in Japan is natural and fresh. Most of the cuisine is full of essential vitamins and minerals.

i actual imagine that's any incorrect way round. you may purchase organic and organic, healthful manufacturers of PROCESSED food and those do jack up prices fairly plenty, yet in case you purchase simple, finished substances and are prepared to cook, there is not something more cost-effective. Rice, pasta, barley and couscous can all be bought cost effectively in case you do not bypass for tiny containers of intense priced manufacturers. paying for in bulk is even more beneficial valuable. Then in case you purchase sparkling, in-season produce, that's less intense priced than imported stuff. you may also purchase keep-type frozen culmination and vegetables for extremely actual looking quantities. Dried beans are about 80 cents a bag, and comprise about 4 cans' worth of product (cans must be a dollar each and each). So actual, i imagine you keep more beneficial by using ingesting more beneficial healthful. The capture is that you ought to prepare the meals, and in no way each body is prepared to attempt this.

China. Mostly fishes, snakes and vegetables make up their diet. No bread products, fried foods, sweets, etc. I was in China for 28 days and lost ten pounds the first 10 days.
