If you treat it after a year you will get rid of the infections. Since they are both bacterial STDs they will go away with antibiotics.

Chlamydia and gonorrhea can both result in reduced fertility or infertility if left untreated for a long time though. The person might have trouble conceiving now since they waited so long to be treated for it.

You can still cure it, but you need to go to a doctor to get the right medicines. Take them exactly as prescribed.
There may have been some internal damage, but don't listen to that crackpot who said you can never have kids. You might have some damage, but then again, you might not.

first of all don't think of having children you have ruined your chances but further more if you are in such denial just go see the doctor for a check up and he/she will tell you the state of your health is probably bad since you have not taken care of yourself......

you can prob. cure it; however, there is almost a 100% chance that you won't be able to have children
