I heard the only way to get rid of such is to shave one side and light the other on fire and stab them with an ice pick when they come running out?? Is this true or is there other ways? I have no medical insurrance to seek medical help.

Haha, you are kidding right? No, that is so NOT true.
Over-the-counter lotions that contain the chemical permethrin such as Rid and Nix will get rid of the lice. (Talk to your doctor before using any product that contains the chemical lindane, which can be toxic, especially for unborn children.) After washing with the lotion, use a fine-toothed comb to comb out the crabs and their eggs (called nits). Your sexual partner(s) must be treated as well, and all clothing or bedding that may be infested must be washed in very hot water or dry-cleaned. In some cases, clothing, towels, or bedding may need to be washed a few times before they're completely lice-free.

No you could burn them with a lighter. Scrape 'em with a fork or snap them with rubberbands when they run out. You can put that nair stuff down there but leave it on two times the amount of time it says on the box. ORRR!! You could wax it down there but you can't do it in strips. You gotta do the whole thing all at once. It won't work if you just do around your penis. You gotta wax your balls to. You can nail your d**k to a burning building. I had to do that once for my ex. If it turns out you don't have lice, well... who needs a building?

OMG!! Are you serious!!! (lmao) Shaving wont do any good...simply go to CVS or Eckerd & buy some pubic lice treatment shampoo. Follow the directions!! (hahahaha..ice pick...fire...lmao)

lol.. it's called crabs..
shave the area.. all of it... including your hairy butt and just keep shaving for awhile
crabs are a form of lice, but becuase of their.. acutal shap and size they can only attach to public hair. they won't mirgate to your head so don't worry about that. I'd also recommed going to your local doctor and not have relations with random people

I dont think you need to see a doctor, you can probably by medicated shampoo over the counter.
If not, try flea dip or flea shampoo. If it kills fleas and has insecticide, maybe it will do the trick?
DOn't blame me if you break out. LOL. Just an idea.

shave your pubic area totally and then buy the headlice shampoo at walmart and use it, and wash all your clothing and bedding in as hot a water as you can. keep doing this till it seems you dont feel any livestock there any more.
