Dear Brandi

Although your question is a medical one, the answer to it is a legal one.

Drug Maker's ( Pharmaceutical Companies ) even in the USA are hard people to bring a Law Suite against.

My advice in all sincerity, is if you are serious about bringing a Law Suite against a Drug Maker ( Pharmaceutical Company ), then you should seek Legal Advice from a US Medical Attorney at Law within the nearest State to which you live in.

I therefore trust that this answer's your question.

Contact Elaine Hollingsworth, in Australia, she has run The Hippocrates Centre for the past 20 years. She may be able to help with come kind of (I don't want to say cure) relief for your son.

Elain has a book than can be 'loaned' through your library its called 'Take Control of Your Health and Escape The Sickness Industry' N.B. Not great for one's emotional health but well worth the information that the book contains.

Good luck.

Contact an attorney with litigation experience against drug companies. There is a statute of limitations so act quickly. In most states you have to file before two years have passed.

I hate to ask this, but was there a warning on the box about taking this medication during pregnancy? Was your doctor aware of it? Who made the determination that it was caused by the medication?

Talk to a lawyer who specializes in class action lawsuits against medical companies. Without the specific drug name and more details, I'm unable to give you additional advice.

Lawyers don t take cases that require any work. They only take "proven damage cases" for easy money. Been there.
