Ok so I never had a blister looking thing or a sore it just will itch down there on and off.. and yesterday and this morning there was some light pink/bornwish colored discharge and my back had been hurting . this morning it hurts right above my pelvis bone kindof. Could this be a UTI? I had some of the same symptoms last time. What else can it be?

It sounds like a yeast infection and your monthly.
"What are some symptoms of yeast infection?
Symptoms of yeast infection include:
* Vaginal itching and irritation
* Unusual vaginal discharge, often white and thick
* Vaginal pain during intercourse
* Burning sensation during intercourse"

Please, please go to a clinic or health care provider as soon as possible. This could be all kinds of things, especially since you don't really give any background info- for example whether you are even sexually active, or what you mean by "last time". Many people seem to think that STDs always announce themself with a "blister... or sore", but actually there are only a couple kinds of STDs that cause lesions on the genitals. Even if you have one of those type of STD, the lesion doesn't have to be someplace easy to see- it could just as easily be on your cervix. So not seeing any lesions doesn't really mean anything one way or the other. Don't take chances with your health, go get yourself checked out. If you don't want to go to your family doc, contact your local health department or women's clinic (like Planned Parenthood) and find out where the local free STD clinic is. Don't let embarassment stop you- I used to work at an STD clinic and trust me, the staff there have seen & heard EVERYTHING- they are not there to judge you, and there is almost nothing you can say that will shock or disgust them.
Take care of yourself, and good luck!

Doesn't sound like a UTI to me. The symptoms of a UTI are frequent desire to urinate, cloudy smelly urine, dark amber urine, and painful urination. If a UTI travels to your kidneys it can cause aching just under your ribs in the back. There should be no discharge with a UTI. Could you be getting your period? It sounds more likely. I would consult your doctor if it persists. It could be the sign of something else. God Bless
Don't listen to Sammie. Those are not the symptoms of syphilis. There have been no documented cases of Syphilis in years. It's thought that it doesn't exist anymore.

I think this requires a trip to your doctor. Don't fool around with bad things going on "down there".
