i really want to try this when you put a mentos in a certain type of soda. i need to find out what kind of soda works so i you know what it is please tell me and ill try it.

I saw it on Myth Busters they shot a fountain of soda up over 35 feet. it was cool I think they dropped 12 mentos in a 3 liter that was 3/4ths full lots of luck and wear a raincoat.

Almost any carbonated drink, but you get the best results when you use diet coke with a few mentos.

the guys that did it on the today show and they have a website i think, they said and used on television Diet Coke! they made a huge fountain spray of diet coke and mentos

David Letterman did this on his show earlier this year. If I'm not mistaken, he used Diet Coke.
