It sounds more like a urinary tract / bladder infection (UTI). This can lead to kidney disease and sepsis. You need antibiotics... fast. Tell your mother. This has little to do with sex, but your boyfriend may have had a UTI and gave it to you. It is very important for you to see a doctor.

It could be, or it could be just a bacterial infection like a uti (urinary tract infection) or even a bladder infection.

Just ask your mom to take you to the doctor. Tell her that it burns when you pee and that you are peeing blood. She'll probably most likely think it's a uti. These are common with women. If you can, drink A LOT of water and cranberry juice. This will help "flush out" any infection you may have. If this doesn't work you should probably see a doctor. It might be something more serious like an STD or it might be that you need some antibiotics to kill the infection (if water and cranberry juice aren't doing it).

I had a bladder infection about a month ago. I drank so much water and cranberry juice my doctor said I almost completely flushed it out. I still had to take antibiotics though.

Good luck to you!
