I am tring to make bread every time it becomes hard when i take out from oven?How to take soft bread??Any recepie and method which can help me to get membraous bread or light fullfy soft bread?

Like already said above: the yeast is very important.

Had problems with my bread and pizza crust too but now I love making bread and pizza myself and they never go wrong no more.

Only adjusting I did: I make a mixture of yeast, sugar and the lukewarm fluid what has to go into the bread. I let it rest for about 10 minutes till a creamy top starts to form (is a sign that the yeast is ok) before mixing the lot (I use all purpose flour) en knead well. Let it rise (I preheat the oven a minute, turn it off and put in the bread under a cloth). The dough must at least double in size.

Once you get the hang of it, it's quite simple.

You have to make sure you have fresh yeast. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm area for a couple of hours. This should help a lot.
