Many naturopaths will tell you that milk produces more mucus. Well, it does in some people, but not everybody. If it doesn't make you feel clogged up, then take it - it's good for you and easily digestible, just what you need when you're run down.

No. Milk does not produce mucus. Curd will only produce cold -like symptoms if you are allergic to it.

milk creates more mucus in your throat try oranges and broth soups until it goes away.
