don't worry your self sick. It can be a bacteria this is easily medicated. can even be an allergy. When you said around your chin - it doesn't sound like HIV or herpes. Did you know that chicken pox comes from a herpes virus and so does fever blisters - but not the STD herpes. Don't worry - stress causes those outbreaks too!

You really have to stop being frightened by what it could be, and have this looked at by a medical doctor.

There are far too many skin conditions (most of which are perfectly benign and treatable), to try and diagnose it without medical expertise.

If it is herpes, it will tingle, burn, erupt, blister, scab over, dry up and go away until the next outbreak. I doubt you have herpes all over your face.

Go see someone, somewhere with medical knowledge to help ease your fears!

Best wishes

its herpes if its blisters on a red base. the only way to tell if you have hiv is to get tested by a clinic or your doctor. the bumps you get with hiv is called kaposi'ss sarcoma and by the time you get that you're way into your disease progression so i doubt it is that. if it is causing you this much anxiety i suggest visiting your family doc.
