YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR MOM AND HAVE YOUR HEART CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who cares what the reason is???? There's a problem that needs evaluation. Your height and weight ratio isn't terrible. You're NOT obese. You could have issues with hypertension or blood pressure, or a whole host of other problems that could be the culprit. Heart attacks can and do happen in young people. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR DR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, dear its nothing to really worry about. It could be what doctors call SVT which is Super Ventricular Tachycardia. Its basically rapid heart beat. It happens in a lot of women. Mine started with the pregnancy of my second child. You should be checked though. One thing you can do to see if it helps is when you notice that you are having an attack hold your breath and bear down like you are having a bowel movement. Hold it for 10 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. It should slow your heart beat down so it don't feel like its going to pop out of your chest. But go and have yourself checked out just to be on the safe side. Also you might want to cut down on the caffeine.

Thank You for your question cause i need to get checked out also. Its probably nothing do not worry to much!

You're not overweight at all, since you are tall.

You could have an irregular heartbeat or palpitations. Probably you should tell your mom and your doctor so you can get tested. It could be caused by a number of factors, including an anxiety attack. For example, you could have a slightly irregular heartbeat, then once you are worried and panicking, you might make things worse. Please tell them right away. I am sure they would not want to lose you or for you to suffer needlessly, when something simple can probably be done to correct the situation. If you are smoking cigarettes, it could also make things worse, so please stop. If you are missing important electrolytes in your diet like calcium, magnesium, potassium or zinc, it could also cause the problem.

It sounds like you're experiencing anxiety attacks. TELL YOUR MOM right away. Anxiety is awful but the remedy is simple. You'll feel better in no time at all. BTW, you are not a single ounce overweight. You're, in fact, at the LOWER end of the scale for your height, and should weigh anywhere between 135-175 depending on your body structure and age, etc.

Maybe you are out of shape, but you are a very healthy weight for your height. This sounds like a panic attack. Check the syptoms at the website below. It is probably not your heart, but it could be a health problem, so you should definitely talk to your mom and see a doctor.

Okay, it could very well be your weight, but it could be something much more serious too. Or it could be something much on a lighter note such as anxiety. Sometimes people will have an anxiety attack that is very much like a heart attack. But please, for your safety, tell your Mother or even a school nurse, counselor or teacher. Someone needs to know...Could be a very serious problem that could be a life or death situation. Don't put off telling someone. Good luck, and I will say a prayer for you.
