In moderation everything is good for you. Doner in particular is high in fat content since it is a combination of different meats, which include lamb which is very high in fat. Be careful.

OHH GOD! Do you have any idea what that big hunk of crap next to the grill is made of? Mostly sawdust, dogfood and other crap off the floor of the slaughterhouse all minced up and pressed with yummy monosodium glutamate and other nasties. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. and I certainly wouldn't eat it. Best stay clear if you want to stay healthy.

You can eat it every day.so Ä°t is good for u.but you have to think about your intestinal system if it has hot pepper in it. your tax will be high in the wc.

They are good as long as the lamb meat is fresh, otherwise you can have some problems.

no they're alright, plenty of salad but a bit fatty, shish is much better
