I agree with Edgewater, CO and Edgewater Inn, 5 blocks from my house! Also Two Fisted Marios Pizza in Denver is the best. Been to Chicago, and both are better than Chicago style. Couldn't judge a real New York Pizza, never had one.

I live in Philly but visited Chicago last year and had the best deep dish pizza in the world.

In the USA, it's Pepe's in New Haven, CT. I like a thinner crust with crushed tomatoes (not tomato sauce) and mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan and olive oil drizzled on top. New York City and Chicago would be my next choices for excellent pizza.

Its Pizza Marghareta a thin pizza bakede at a wooden oven at "Bellaria" Restaurant in Mexico City, and my second choice would be Prosciutto and Cheese pizza which is also a thin pizza baked in a wooden oven at "Aurora" restaurant in Capri, Italy .
I particularly do not like Chicago pizza.

I would have to say the best would be the Chicago Deep Dish and hey you only have to eat one or two pices and you are full!

Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.
