wings are too messy, unless you dont mind some sauces on your cards.
stick with some easy finger food type stuff.
nachos would be the messiest i would go with, and even then, im not so sure.
usually its a bunch of guys, drinking, smoking, cussing. they dont care what they are eating.
get 'em a bag of chips and let them play!

Cheesy Salsa Dip
2 Lb velvetta
2 lb hamburger
1 large jar of salsa
Brown hamburger in large, deep pan. Drain juices.
On medium heat, add 1 inch squares to beef a few at a time and stir.
When all melted, add salsa and mix in.
Serve with Scoops in deep sided, soup bowl or center of chip/dip dish.
Freezes well. Just thaw and put in microwave about 1 1/2 min. to reheat.

Hey check out www.tasteofhome.com they have all kinds of food with snack/party themes. I recall seeing a few things like poker chips made from jello (there were red, blue and white ones)

Munchy Apple Cinnamon Cheerios Snack
4 cups Apple Cinnamon cereal (cheerios)
1 1/2 cups pretzel twists
1/2 cup raisins
2 Tbs. butter or marg.(Do not use tub or spread product).
2 Tbs. packed brown sugar OR honey
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese flavored tiny fish crackers
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
Heat oven to 300
Mix cereal, pretzels and raisins in a jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.
Heat marg. and brown sugar in 1 qt. sauce pan over low heat until the marg. is melted.
Pour over cereal mixture, toss until evenly coated. Bake 10 min. stirring once, COOL, Stir in crackers and peanuts
Store in air tight container
makes 8 1/2 cups

Trail mix
1 cup cashew pieces
1 cup peanuts
1 cup broken banana chips
1 cup chocolate chips (check ingredients)
1 cup chunks dried pineapple
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Either put in large bag or many small ones.
Note: You may want to add other tropical items, if you can find them.
Try sesame seeds, brazil nuts, dried papaya, pecans, chex cereal, pretzels, and macadamia nuts.
