There are a few different ways of getting rid of warts. You can have them surgically removed or you can use topical medications (creams).
Imiquimod (Aldara) and Podofilox lotion or gel (Condylox) are available at your local pharmacy with a prescription. I have heard both of these work really well. I have personally used Aldara before and I think it worked great.
You can also have the doctor apply medication to the warts at the doctors office. Podophyllin resin (Podofin), Intralesional (injected into wart lesion), Fluorouracil (Efudex, Fluoroplex), and Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) or bichloroacetic acid (BCA) can all be used to treat warts.
Personally if I were you, I would get a prescription from your doctor and try one of the medications you can apply at home. If that doesn't work you may need to have a doctor apply medication or even have them removed. Good luck!

Genital warts like you describe are an STD caused by the HPV virus. You are wise not to use typical over the counter wart preparations on them, they can cause scarring and severe irritation-and will not get rid of the virus causing the warts. You need to see a physician, there is no "at home" treatment that will be remotely effective to get rid of them, and they can spread over time to a dramatic extent. If not treated early you can end up with a crotch full of skin colored Nerds. I'm a scrub nurse and we had frequent "wart days" where all we did was use a laser to treat people with advanced genital warts. Please make an appointment with a urologist.

Moles, warts, and skin labels are typical epidermis lesions that grow naturally. Although they are generally non dangerous, they can be awkward if found on a visible portion such as the face. Epidermis lesions like moles and warts cause self-confidence problems to the sufferers. An individual with moles normally becomes a loner because they don't want to be observed in public. They feel uncomfortable to be out in public, so depression may normally follow but you can now change all of this with this particular guide from here https://tr.im/QSAat , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
The writer of this eBook, Charles Davidson, is really a practitioner in alternative medicine. He's also a professional in natual skin care, applying normal solutions to remedy different types of epidermis conditions.
Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is just a 100% organic system, established to eliminate skin deformities such as for instance skin labels, moles, and warts, regardless of how large or small they are. It's actually safe to use on children.

Warts are caused by a virus. In genital warts, they need a moist area and are transmitted sexually. The only treatment I ever heard of, was removal of the warts. I know a person who had these and the doctor used Novocain and cut them out. According the her, they never returned. Then I studied up on it, and sure enough, they must be removed or you will never get rid of them.

I am using Condylox that was prescribed by my doctor. The area turns pink, the skin kinda dies off around it and flakes, which is what is supposed to happen, then when you take the three day break prescribed, the dried skin goes away and what do you know... warts. I think Condylox may be okay for some people, but not all.

External application of Tinctures Thuja and Tincture Podophyllum both Homoeo remidies cure the condition. In modern medicine (called allopathy) warts are cauterised with a hot tip of a needle after local anesthesia or with vinegar called scientifically Glacial acetic acid.
After that go to a lab and get tested.

Your Doctor can freeze them off, and they will go away but there is no cure for them. There is a vaccine out now that can prevent the human papilloma virus which causes the warts. If you have already been exposed to the virus it will not help you, but just like the common cold, there are different strains of the virus and the vaccine can help prevent against different strains. There is a high risk strain of HPV that causes cervical cancer and the vaccine may help prevent that.
