I know some vaccines contain small ammounts of the thing its suposed to cure. Will HIV "vaccine do this"?

I hope not...

Awesome. Tampering with DNA, injecting HIV into babies...

That way JUST INCASE they decide to have unprotected sex, or needle drug use, they might not get aids.

100% of the population get introduced to HIV, for the small % which voluntarily expose themselves to it...

There is no HIV vaccine at this time.

There is no vaccine for HIV yet, but there are several in clinical trial stages. The vaccine does not have live virus in it, so it can not cause you to get HIV, anymore than a chickenpox vaccine will give you chickenpox.

all vaccines have either a dead or a weaker virus it's supposed to give immunity against
