If you are talking about the sex position "doggy style" then yes she can get pregnant.
If you are talking about anal sex then no she can NOT get pregnant.
A women can only get pregnant by having vaginal sex. Having anal sex will not get a girl pregnant.

For all of you who have said that a woman cannot get pregnant if she has anal sex this is not true. I know someone who did get pregnant having anal sex. Sperm can travel. Remember that. Whatever position you are in and you are having unprotected sex, you can get pregnant. Practice safe sex-use condoms.

You must be really innocent. Whether you have sex with your parnter from front or behind, she will get pregnant is your fluid (sp...) gets inside her organ and if her eggs are ready to accept.
To refrain from getting her pregnant, you should follow certain guidlines like when it is safe and not safe to have sex after her menstruation.

unless your partner was in your rectum. yes you can get pregnet in any possition. Unless he was wearing a condom and that not 100% effective

No you cannot if you are having anal sex, if simply you are talking about position, then yes.
however it should be noted that even if you are having anal sex, if you ejaculate on her instead of in her...and the sperm is around her vagina......she could get pregnant (This is rare, but it does happen)
