No, burning does not necessarily mean you contracted an STD.
A lot of women may feel sore or have a burning feeling right after they have sex just because of the constant friction of the penis going in and out of the vagina.
Also, women can develop several bacterial infections after sex. Women can get BV (Bacterial Vaginosis), a UTI (urinary tract infection), bladder infection, or even a yeast infection after they have sex. It's ALWAYS a good idea to urinate after having sex. This can "wash out" any bacteria that might be in your vagina.
If it is really bothering you I would suggest seeing a doctor. It might be something like a bacterial infection. These can be easily treated with antibiotics. Good luck to you!

You don't have to have separate tests for stds. Most can be done through a vaginal exam and pap smear. Make sure you are honest with your doc about your concerns for stds. As long as you and your partner are exclusive there is no need to retest every time you have sex. now the burning do you mean when you go to the bathroom if that's the case it may be a urinary track infection. If you never had one those can get pretty ugly and painful. Make sure you see you doc for a prescription. Now if you mean burning directly after you have sex than maybe it's something you used that you are allergic too-condoms, spermicide, lubricants etc

No. Maybe you aren't lubricated enough or turned on enough. Friction from body parts rubbing together can sometimes cause a slight burning after sex. Try using more lube, or take longer with foreplay so you can be wetter.

hi bo.
never assume the physician or clinic knows what you want or need. it is better to ask specifically and express your reasons for concern. also, some viruses take longer to show up in the blood, so educate yourself. know when to go back for follow ups. one test requires a legal document for them to test you. doctors don't always give you the info. needed. good luck!
