I have never heard of a mexican white sauce, and I can't find it in my cook book either...
Was it a cold sauce or a warm one?
Do you have any idea what region of Mexico the sauce was from?

With more details I may be able to look for it for you...

I think the white sauce you mention is really a cheese sauce made with sour cream & cream cheese - it's sold in Mexican supermarkets or other Spanish/Puerto Rican type of markets & it's called Crema Mexicana.

my Mexican friend said there is no white sauce, maybe it was from another country like Ecuador, El Salvador etc.

It's Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup mixed with jalapenos in a blender. Believe it or not. It really works if heated up!

Combine (in a large bowl):
Three cups of mayonaise
One half cup of jalapeno peppers (chopped)
And one diced Mexican (cleaned and grilled)
