No. There is no way that vinegar can "stop" diabetes. Basically diabetes occurs when your pancreas stops working as effectively as it should, or your body loses its sensitivity to insulin. Apple cider vinegar isn't going to change that. The only way to improve your diabetes is to eat healthy, maintain a normal weight, excercise, take your meds as prescribed.

the vinegar is believed to have beneficial uses in bath water etc. but I doubt very much it can stop diabetes.

truth id a table spoon before meals will actually lower test levels over a few weels bput 50 points. i dont know why it works but it does for me. for those of you who seem to noy believe in natural cures . also try cinnamon 6 that also helps reduce bood sugars. im not a doctor but it works for me. do your testin before every meal and see how it works for you.
