Los Tacos. It is in Burbank, CA. Johnny Carson used to eat there, particularly on New Years Eve. No sombrero, no gaucho, no service. You talk about authentic! I'm pretty sure they filled their orders at the Taco Bell drive up window next door.

Any one of them with an "A" rating on the window ( Los Angeles County anyway ) from the health dept. and the name ending with "family restaurant". Stay away from the chain outlets.
