I have had this bump (pretty large) on the very top. right above my vagina, right where the "fold" starts...(half a pea size) skin color until this morning

I have had it for 3 days and finally this morning it looks like a white head so I popped it and quit a big of white stuff came out.

I did shave right there with a not so sharp razor so I was thinking it could be from a razor?

I have high grade HPV and I am 99% possitive it is not a wart (i have had warts before and had them removed)

I have never had anything like this though in that location...basically it was like a big zit right on top, in the front of my crotch....

normal or not? Herpes maybe? (i have had the same partner for 3 years, he gave me the hpv) neither one of us have ever had a herpe...

any insight would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

agreed, sounds like an ingrown hair. clean the area and apply a little neosporin

It was most likely a white head. Especially if there was goo or zit like material coming out of the bump.

Next time - put a warm washcloth on the bump--- then poke it with a sterile needle. Then use a small amout of hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip to clean out the wound.

This is most likely excess seabaceous wax that collected around a flat or shaven hair follicle.

Good Luck. No worries.

Herpes looks like a million little red bumps-- Like a fever blister.

Sounds like a razor issue - you just got a zit from maybe pulling a hair out or something. Keep it clean and it should go away in a few days.

You could have a Bartholin cyst. These are not uncommon in women. All women have Bartholin glands these sometimes become clogged and can cause a cyst. Sometimes "popping" this will help, sometimes you end up with a bigger infected cyst from doing this. If you continue to have problems see your medical provider.

Sounds like you may have had an ingrown hair that go infected. Watch the area carefully as cellulitis sets in quickly and you would need antibiotics in that case.
