Pancreatitis is just inflammation of the pancreas. If you are having pain, talk to your doctor and he can prescribe something for you

No, it doesn't mean you have cancer. It is an inflammation of the pancreas & it takes a while to completely go away. Don't miss you check-ups & ask your doctor any question you may have. He won't think you're stupid - it's your only body!

Well, I hope not, but you should ask your doc. I had it too, from drinking to much alcohol. I was told to cut way back on my fat consumption. Thankfully, those days are behind me, and I never had a recurrence. You were put on antibiotics, weren't you. I hope you get better real soon.
