Are you asking if avocados are healthy?

The answer is yes!!

The question of fat. Avocadoes are pretty high in fat, but it is good fat. The kind of fat that gives you sustained energy and helps shed unwanted pounds (stored fat on your body). Bad cholesterol clogs your arteries. Good cholesterol, the kind naturally produced by your own body as well as certain fruits and veggies flushes OUT the bad cholesterol.

Avocadoes are high in protein and nutrients. They also help you absorb nutrients in other foods better. They have 5 times the potassium of a banana.

ENJOY!

Why is HDL cholesterol considered "good"?
About one-third to one-fourth of blood cholesterol is carried by high-density lipoprotein (HDL). HDL cholesterol is known as the "good" cholesterol because a high level of it seems to protect against heart attack. (Low HDL cholesterol levels [less than 40 mg/dL] increase the risk for heart disease.) Medical experts think that HDL tends to carry cholesterol away from the arteries and back to the liver, where it's passed from the body. Some experts believe that HDL removes excess cholesterol from plaque in arteries, thus slowing the buildup.
