Who loves tacos?

I love very spicy food. I love mexican food, with salsa of course and Italian food with dry crushed chilis , I would have to say my favorite is my own chicken curry. I always add red pepper to the curry sauce to give it that little kick.

Try chicken tacos. Boil in water, 2 chicken breasts, with chicken stock, garlic a dash of oil.
Once they are cooked, let them cool and begin to shred the chicken with your hands.

Dice up 2 tomatoes, cilantro, 1/2 onion one jalapeno, mix and set aside. This will be your pico de gallo.

Buy some shredded white cheese, Monterrey or Munster,
heat up 6 - 12 tortillas in the micro.
Have a pan of oil, bout 1/2 cup till it is hot to fry.

Take your tortilla and put some chicken, about a hand full, fold it in half and place it in the pan (use metal thongs).
Depending on the size of the pan you can fry 3-4 at the same time, as soon as one side gets crispy, turn it over and crisp the other side.

After frying your tacos fill them with the pico de gallo, serve with Mexican fried rice, beans, avocado and enjoy!

Margaritas or Mexican beer go good with this !

I DO. I like tacos and I have a recipe to make the best stuffed shells. I will post the recipe once I get into level 2. The shells are stuffed with seasoned and cooked ground beef, mixed with refried beans, shredded Mexican cheese and salsa. They are delicious and really quick to make.. just like tacos!

i love tacos. authentic, home made. Soft or crunchy.
My mom took me to old Mexico for real tacos. And lord for give me i even love jack in the box greasy tacos, taco bells also. i think i need help.

I love them I could eat them the rest of my life and luck for me a Chipolte just opened in my town today before I had to travel 3 hours to get to one.

I just bought 15lbs of Roasted Hatch Green Chile. there is nothing like it in the world. I've been eating mexican food for the last 2 weeks.
