Are all ramen noodles vegan, assuming the "flavor" packet is not added? If not, are there vegan options out there?

I think they all are vegan if you don't add that packet of nasty powered stuff to the noodles..... I like to use my own sauces, either bought or something I've made on the noodles, add some steamed veggies, and voila... Dinner

I thinkt all noodles are vegan because they are made with flour. The only part that might not be is the flavoring which I wouldn't use because it has MSG.

depends on the brand, i can't say which is offhand, you gotta go to the supermarket and read the ingredients.

if you want a truely vegan option, you can go to a chinese supermarket and buy a package of thai rice noodles. you just boil water and cook them for 1-2 min until they soften, then add your favorite vegan soup mix to it.
